THE WINE CELLAR

TERM & CONDITIONS

The AWT will ensure your wine is cellared for you within 14 days of your purchase.

Whilst all efforts are made to correctly cellar the wines, the AWT does not take responsibility or offer any guarantee as to the quality of the wine.

The Insurance covers the loss of the wine through theft, breakage and water damage only.

The AWT will cover all insurance, transportation and cellaring costs for you for a period of up to 6 months from the date of your last purchase.

To qualify for FREE wine cellaring, you are required to make at least one purchase every six months. The value of this qualifying purchase must exceed 10% of the dollar value of the wines cellared.

After this 6 month period you may be charged insurance and cellaring fees.

Cellaring fees are charged at $0.30c per bottle/month

Insurance fees are charged at 1.5% of the purchased value of the wine/month

Whilst all efforts will be made to maintain contact, it is the customers responsibility to keep the AWT up to date with contact details.

At such time that 12 months have passed from the last purchase, the AWT reserves the right to sell a quantity of the wines to recuperate the costs af any unpaid insurance and cellaring fees.

Should the AWT be required to sell a quantity of wine to settle any unpaid fees, your account will be credited with the original purchase price of the wine less 20%
(10% vendors commission + 10 Australian Goods & Services Tax)
